ODU Esports and Well-being Camp is tailored to introduce gamers to several game titles over the course of 1 week. An added element of this years program is the inclusion of different concepts related to personal well-being. These sessions will be not only fun for all gamers but educational. Campers will learn the in's and out's of 4 game titles during the week and establish a skill set to build upon for the future. The games for 2025 are Rocket League, Valorant, Super Smash Bros, and Marvel Rivals. Some of the aspects that campers will focus on are game understanding, strategy, skill building, competitive structures, and working in a team environment. Campers will be instructed by skilled players on how to put these concepts into use during their next gaming session. Campers MUST have a personal user account and password for the games listed above. |

| WELL-BEING ACTIVITIES | |||
|
The well-being components of the camp will include some physical activity and educational sessions in a classroom setting. Daily well-being sessions will be lead by subject matter experts from the Recreation & Wellness professional staff and across the Old Dominion campus. Subjects will include healthy sleep habits, healthy snack recipes, stress management, exercises habits, and more. |

Standard Price $249.99 per week, per camper Late Registration Price $299.99 20% non-refundable deposit required upon registration. The remaining total cost of camp is due by Tuesday, the week prior to the start of camp session. |

| GENERAL DAILY OVERVIEW | |||
|
Each day of the 5-day camp will be broken into 3 primary parts: esports, lunch, and well-being. The day for campers will begin with drop-off between 9 – 9:15AM, near the Webb Center. Esports instruction will be the first portion of the day in the Monarch Esports Arena. Our instructors will work with campers on a new game each day to give a thorough experience. After gaming, campers will have lunch in Webb Center. Following lunch, the camper's get more time gaming. The camp day will wrap up with well-being activities and education in the Student Recreation and Well-being Center. |

Each video game receives a rating from the Entertainment Softward Rating Board (ESRB). The ESRB provides a specific justification for the rating that they assign to a game.
